Three bedroom apartment with two rooms available. Room rental fee includes WiFi, monthly cleaner, bills and usage of in-house washer & dryer. The rooms come unfurnished but freshly painted and cleaned. The landlord has a room next to the living room that’s for their usage during the day a few times a week. The landlord’s daughter will occupy the 3rd room. She’s 28 years old and a professional.
Looking for roommates who are clean, respectful, friendly and easy going. Shared spaces include the kitchen and living room, which has a stunning view of Morningside Park.
The closest train stations include the ABCD lines and various buses. Nearby grocery stores include Whole Foods, Lidl and Lincoln Market Harlem. Loads of really cute restaurants and cafes within walking distance.
