Room for rent

Currently owned this trailer. It’s the two bedroom has a big living room. Kitchen is available. Have a small wash area. Washer and dryer are pretty small. Take small loads, but is accessible to Roommate. I am looking for somebody that’s wanting to rent a room for about a year I’m not a party person And I stay to myself. I go to work come home. I do have two dogs. One is a big dog and I have a smaller dog which goes to his father. Every other week rent includes utilities and you will have to undergo a background check so please if you have a past be honest about it. I’m very understanding I just do not want to Have a roommate that Is not compatible again I stay to myself I do smoke and if you’re a non-smoker I will smoke outside. I’m all about people feeling uncomfortable. You will be responsible for your own food so if you’re interested, we can set up a Date to meet up and get to know each other
