I have a very large bedroom that was actually two bedroom combined into one for rent and I am seeking responsible, clean, trustworthy, individual who appreciates and has pride in their appearance as well as able to take care of room during their stay. The room mate before was here for 6 years and now he has moved on. Am asking for 1,250. Refrigerator and microwave available. Utilities will be paid for by owner and WiFi and cable TV is included with rental. No deposit is required. Can call for appt to see house and room.I am not sure if one can see my pics but willing to send thru email should it be needed.
