Room description
Hi there! We are looking for 1 female or male tenant to fill the remaining standard sized room in the house that will be unfurnished upon move in. The room has an ample sized closet, large window, and a ceiling fan that is remote controlled. The room is private, but you will share a bathroom with 1 other tenant. Everyone is laid back and very respectful. If you have any questions or are interested, feel free to reach out!
The home is a newer built home in a community with a park right across the street that includes a basketball court, volleyball court, ping pong table, bike racks, and walking and sitting spaces. There is a brand new coffee shop that is a 3 minute walk from the house. We have 24/7 Private Security for the community as well. The home is 15 minutes to downtown Denver, 12 minutes to the RiNo art district, and 25 minutes to the Denver International Airport.
We enjoy having a good time, but know when to respect quiet hours. We are looking for a working professional in their mid 20s to late 30s to fill the remaining room. Feel free to reach out with questions if you are interested!
