Hi, I have one bedroom available in my three bedroom home. The room is unfurnished but a queen size mattress can be provided if you would like. The home has two bathrooms with their own sink and toilet. However, only one has a shower so that will be shared. You will have full access to the house which includes the living room, tv, back yard, front yard, washer and dryer, etc. You will also be able to park in the driveway. I'm asking for $1,200 a month which includes all utilities, wifi, and rent. I'm also asking for first and last months rent and a $100 refundable deposit. So, total cost to move in will be $2,500 if you are unavailable to afford that all upfront we can talk about other options but would rather everything just upfront. I'm looking for a female roomate around 45 years old or older, if you are a couple or have kids it will be an additional cost that we can talk about if needed. A little about me I'm a 64 year old female, I am retired, social, friendly, and leaned back. I don't really care what you do as long as you pick up after yourself and can pay rent on time.
