Room description
1 bedroom available for rent in 3 bedroom house for 1 person (male or female)
- Close to Alma School Rd and Baseline Rd in Mesa
- Minutes away from Costco, Walmart, Fry's, Starbucks
- 1 bedroom (out of 3) available for move-in has amazing natural light, bathroom shared between 2 people
- Rents for individual room is $760
- Utilities not included in rent; these will be split equally among all occupants (approx. $150 per head per month for electricity, water, trash, wifi)
- Everything in the bedroom will be removed (no furniture included)
- Credit/background check will be required
REQUIREMENTS:

- Empathetic personality, NO DRAMA (thank you ahead of time)
- NO KIDS, NO PETS
- Must be timely with rent, and bills, and have a stable income
- Must clean up after yourself, be generally clean, and respect our home :)
- Must respect roommates and otherwise be sensible with loud music, etc. on weekends (and we will do the same for you!)
- No smoking inside the house, can smoke in the backyard
- Common areas include the living room, kitchen with all appliances, washer, and dryer, and backyard with some patio furniture and pool
- 2-car garage and plenty of street parking
