Room description
I am looking for someone to rent out my master bedroom and en suite, in a gated community near Aliante station. You will live with my existing 67-year-old male Roommate. He is retired but works part time graveyard. You have a very large backyard with a brand new pool and below ground spa. You will have an app to operate them both. The entire house has hard floors. Even though the master bedroom is not furnished, the living room and kitchen are fully furnished, with all plates, utensils, pots, pans, etc. You will be parking in the left side of the garage, as the other Roommate parks on the right side of the driveway. There is some space in the garage for storage. The office is the room located adjacent to the master bedroom. It is furnished with just a daybed only. I will not be living on property, and my existing roommate is requesting that my replacement not be a smoker, partier, or a drug user. Alcohol consumption is perfectly fine.👍🏼
