Just moved to this house a week ago. It's being renovated and needs a lot of work and we can pitch in and help all we want to. There's a 40" TV and a frame for a king size mattress, which I am supplying. Electricity and water is included in the $650 rent. I have cats that live with me that are friendly and lovable. Oh,, I'm also supplying Xfinity Internet service. Nice quiet neighborhood a short walk from Tidwell and bus stops there. Great landlord, so call me at .
