Room description
This is a 4 bedroom 5 bath house 2900 sq.ft. We have a fully furnished upstairs room with a shared bathroom (shared with a female tenant) available for one person only for $870 per month plus a security deposit based off of credit rating. Rent includes utilities and the room is fully furnished with a walk-in closet (the bed is a queen). Utilities include: garbage, water, gas/electric, and cable. Also washer/dryer access and common area access. The house is near Stevenson and 880. There is street parking for one vehicle only, we’re on a court.
We are looking for non-smokers, no drug users, social drinkers are ok. We're looking for clean and quiet renters, no partiers, and one person only. (Sorry, no couples, children, pets, or overnight guests.) Also we will be running credit checks and background/security checks through RentSpree on anyone who is interested in renting from us.
My name is Krissy. My husband Phil and I are renting out an extra room in our house. A little about ourselves...we both work at a school district in the tech department. We have a 14 year old son who lives with us as well. We're all gamers in our spare time and not really into partying or anything like that; we're mostly homebodies.
