I have a beautiful little home that sits in East Atlanta and 3/4 miles from I20 "EXIT 63"and 5 miles from downtown Atlanta and 3 miles from East Atlanta Village and 4 miles from downtown Decatur. My home is renovated and beautiful and clean with a 2 car carport recessed lighting throughout, hardwood floors, fenced in back yard for the dogs. Its a home you would be happy about having your friends over for dinner. I am looking for an animal lover, I have 1 incredible dog and if you have a dog that is a plus but NO Pit Bulls and no cats. I am a professional and seeks the same, NO DRUGS and NO SMOKING. Pot is OK if done outside. You have the biggest bedroom in the house because I don't use my room except to sleep. The room is 13.5 Ft by 14 FT with recessed lighting & designer colors, no boring white walls in my home. Huge shower made for two/three and is also attached to the room, you would not need to leave your room to use the bathroom. all utilities and internet included in rent. Reason for having a roommate is because I like someone in my home, its not because of security or money issues, I am 60 years old. I am a full time Realtor so I keep pretty busy. $600.00 deposit required to hold room if you are interested . My home is small but very very pleasant and very comfortable.. washer and dryer that you may use. I just purchased a new Massage recliner and it is amazing.

If you pay rent just before the end of the month, rent is $700.00 and if you pay after the 1st, the rent is $725.00 for that month.
