Furnished room for a male with mini refrigerator included. It has a large eat in kitchen with additional large refrigerator shared. Many enmities with shared bathroom. The room has air conditioning, heat, WIFI, full bed, desk and chair, lamps, dresser. The roommate is considerate and clean. This room is for one person only. There are NO overnight guest. This keeps the household environment conflict free. I am really looking for a compatible roommate that likes to keep the party outside and keep the apartment as a place to unwind and relax after school, internship or work. Please if your not looking for a quiet peaceful place, this is not for you. You’re welcome to use the washing machine and dryer. The reason once a month, water bill gets to high. Many cafe’s, supermarkets, shopping and parks walking distance. We are one block away from Kennedy Blvd which is the main road to catch buses to NYC and PATH which is 7 min away. The NYC Bus is Gate 51 in Port Authority (which is 42nd St in NYC). Parks for runners are 3 blocks away. Hoboken and light rail is 9 blocks away. The neighborhood is a family oriented area. Room is available May 1st All you need is your personal items and bed covers. If post is up, room is still available. Looking for term of 6 months or a year. You can text or call the number provided.
