Hello, I'm looking to fill 2 rooms starting November 1st.
The townhome is a 3BR/2.5BA with a 2 car garage. Lots of storage space in a quiet top-tier neighborhood in Quail Hill right off the 405.
We have free access to an Olympic Size swimming pool, jacuzzi, and gym.
Both rooms available are about 10'x10' and unfurnished.
Seeking either students or business professionals ages 21-35 male/female. Sorry no couples.
I myself am a 32 year old male who works from home as a business owner. Easy going and enjoy hanging out but like my independence as well. Like working together to create a fun/chill environment collaboratively.
Rent does not include utilities.
Deposit: $1000
Lease terms are month to month but must give 30 days notice.
Unfortunately, not pet friendly.
