Rooms Available in Spacious Home Starting November 1st, 2024
I’m looking for three reliable, professional individuals. Here are the available options:
• 1 Large Room: Features expansive windows, bringing in plenty of natural light.
• 1 Medium-Sized Room: Includes a closet.
• 2 Smaller Rooms: Offered together for the price of one, with both rooms featuring closets.(only sold together cannot rent just one)
The house has a laid-back vibe, with ample space, central AC and heating, a washer and dryer in the laundry room, and a fairly spacious backyard. There is one bathroom downstairs and a shared bathroom with a shower upstairs. Cleanliness is important, so I’m seeking individuals who are diligent about keeping common areas tidy. Utilities are not included in the rent and are due on the 15th of each month. They are divided equally among the four occupants, typically ranging from $120 to $170 per person, with the higher end being uncommon.
Requirements:
• Must be aged 20-30 (no couples, please). I am 26
• A $700 security deposit is required.
• All applicants must pass a background check.
• A one-year lease contract must be signed.

Please note, I have a friendly dog named Kai. If you prefer not to live with a dog, this may not be the right fit for you.
