Hello! A room just opened up in our 3BR/2BA 1,595ft2 Townhouse near Coal Mine/Kipling (Dutch Ridge) in Littleton, CO. Available May 15, 2025. This is a 3-level townhouse, 2BR upstairs, 1BR in basement. The available room is upstairs and shares a bathroom.

Hi! There are 2 existing roommates who are looking for the right candidate. We’re looking for a female roommate who is 21-29 years old. The property owner also needs to approve the new roommate, running background check, employment verification, and credit check. The property is kept in very nice condition, has new AC, and 2 pets are currently present (German shepherd and cat). The property backs to a greenbelt and is an end unit so there is only one-shared wall with neighbor. Washer/dryer included. There is off-street parking in front of unit and the 2 existing and 1 new roommate cooperate on the assigned parking spot/common parking spots in the lot. The complex also has a swimming pool. The owner pays HOA which includes trash and water. The tenants split 3-ways gas, electric, and wi-fi. The leasing term is flexible and TBD based on the 2 existing/1 new roommate and the Owner will work with tenants on same. Rent is $650 per month and security deposit is $650 prior to move-in. Well trained pets are okay, with a non-refundable deposit. The Owner is local and nearby. HOA guidelines are strongly enforced.

Heres a little about us! My name is Sarah and the basement tenant is Haliegha. We keep the common areas nice and tidy. Company and parties are okay as long as it’s cool with all the roomamates. Mutual respect is key! We are both homebodies so we typically keep the noise level down but our neighbors are super cool about it. Our animals are great with people. My German Shepherd is very well trained and she loves attention! Haliegha’s cat primarily stays in the basement, just in case you’re allergic!
