Room description
This home was remodeled a few years back before I was the landlord, in addition it is in a very great area of Atlanta. Utilities will be included with monthly rent of $475 and wifi is provided as well. I currently do have a college student that attends Ga tech occupying one of the downstairs room. She pays rent on time and she does have a cat aswell.
