Room is upstairs in a well-kept townhome complex of 50 units and will be shared with quiet and courteous professional male. Single occupancy in the room only. Ample street parking is available. No smoking is allowed inside or outside of the complex. Pets are not allowed.
Kitchen has a shared full-size refrigerator and a shared pantry for food items and utensils. Light cooking is acceptable. Upstairs bathroom is adjacent to the room. Upstairs, in-house laundry and keyed access to the community swimming pool is available. Room has a large walk-in closet with ample storage space.
