Hi, my name is Persephone (pictured last) and I’m looking for someone interested in leasing a private room in my 2 bedroom apartment for the August 2025-2026 leasing period as my roommate is moving out! I’ve lived here for almost two years now and there’s so much to love about this apartment/location! I do have a cat (pictured) so ideally I am looking for someone who does not have pets to live with me. I also have attached a quick questionnaire for those interested in the apartment to fill out to see if we’d be a good fit to live together! Please do so when contacting me. I do smoke (hemp, not cigarettes) but I have air purifiers throughout the apartment and do not smoke in the shared space.
