The Space:
I have two furnished room rentals -- in the SEPARATE unique industrial guest addition of my home. They are $1650 each. Originally this was a boat garage with soaring ceilings and tandem doors. We loved the space, the 25 foot high ceilings, how it made us feel creative and inspired and decided to turn it into a guest space and second living area. -- We then decided to airbnb it and it was very successful with an occupancy rate of 86%. We are choosing to switch to longer term for convenience. This addition has its own entryway with dedicated path and solar lighting. It is on the opposite side of the home from the main entrance. It has a new bathroom, shower with great water presser, and kitchenette with fridge, sink and microwave. It is professionally cleaned regularly. It is very peaceful and private because it was intended to host artistic types and business travelers. The house is in an upper middle class neighborhood, with large lots and mature trees. Very peaceful.

If your credit is bad and you are self employed, we will only host you through airbnb.
We are extremely nice people who will be happy to show you the space. We use rent spree for tenant screening. We do not take an application fee.
