Room description

First of all, I am not comfortable living with someone who is way older than me so please be ( 20 - 40 ). I am renting out my living room area to help with bills. There is a balcony off the room that I don't use either. The living area is just as big as my bedroom and if you move in I will help to get it closed off. I'm in my 30s, male, remote worker, quiet and open to a roommate/friend situation. I enjoy going out and having a drink on the weekends or pretty much anything social. Would be nice to find similar but not necessary. Please do not contact me about anything else but renting the room. Must be male, have a job and your own transportation to get here.
