No drugs or pets. Sorry I have a small, super friendly male Pomeranian. Street parking super close by. Guest parking avail. limited times per month. We have 2 Pools, Jacuzzi and Tennis steps away!
Our neighborhood is a community. A lot of us know each other and look out for each other's homes. We have a lot of dogs and dog walkers roaming so it's a very friendly vibe around here. A wonderful place to live.
