Room description
Renting 1 FURNISHED private room in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 2 story house. House is in a quite, safe, community at Parkview at lakeshore at Kissimmee, FL 2 mins from away from bus line 26 and 2 mins to Valencia College, Poinciana Campus. The bathroom will be shared among one other clean female roommate who is barely there. There is also a spare bathroom downstairs for your use as well. The room has a mini fridge and a ceiling fan for your convenience. The kitchen is pretty big and there is enough pantry room for you. There is also a washer and dryer located on the same floor. The house has two living rooms. This could be long term or short term. But I do require a 30 day notice if you decide to leave. I am a clean, respectful, drama free, easy going person. Looking for a roommate that is responsible, clean, organized, and drama free. All you need to move in is the first month rent ($700) and a 100 dollars REFUNDABLE security deposit. Water, Electricity, Wifi, and Internet cable (Sling) is included in your rent and access to the community pool. The community has a gym, pool, park, tennis court, and splash pad.
