The house is located in Orange in a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood.
It is by fwys 5, 22, 55 and 57.
It is close to Old Town Orange, Main Place Mall, Mother’s Market, Children's Hospital of Orange County, other shopping centers,
banks, Chapman University, Disneyland, Anaheim Stadium, Metrolink within other great and entertaining places.
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with an enclosed back yard and with dedicated parking spots.
More than a room it is sharing a house including living room, dining room, kitchen privileges & microwave.
We also enjoy high efficiency washer & dryer at home.
It is located across the street from "El Camino Park" where you can also enjoy tennis, basketball, baseball and handball courts,
walking/jogging path, barbeque pits and shady trees.
The room is around 10’9” x 10’9” with hard floors. It has high speed internet, ceiling fan and closet with mirror doors.
The bathroom is a complete bathroom with plenty of storage.
This is a quiet, friendly and caring environment. We respect each other privacy.
We don’t smoke, do drugs or bring people overnight.
If you are looking for a quiet, respectful and peaceful place to call “Home” this could be the place.

The rent is $1,000 monthly with $500 deposit and Month-to-month rental.
