I have a 1 bedroom flat on the back of my home. It has side entrance and is detached from our home. Full size bedroom, kitchen , bathroom no living room. We are located in the Lomita Jamacha region . Close to shopping center walking distance. 13 minutes in car from downtown close to colleges and universities. “ THE RENT FOR COUPLES IS 2000 MONTH 1000 DEPOSIT.” We conduct a credit , background and renter check. My wife our two kids our dog and I live in the front house. Our last tenant live with us for 13 months sadly left us because he lost his job and could no longer afford rent .
