Room description
Need an affordable room? We're looking for 2 responsible tenants for 2 private bedrooms in a clean, quiet, well maintained owner-occupied home located in beautiful Castaic. The house is in a safe neighboorhood with many long term homeowners as neighbors. There is central heating & air conditioning for year round comfort. You will also have access to both front & back patios for relaxing outdoors. Shared spaces include kitchen,2 living rooms, bathroom, back & front yards. A washer and dryer are also available in the house. The hall bathroom will be shared between 2 renters. Both bedrooms have spacious closets. You can choose to have the room unfurnished or semi-furnished for a little extra cost depending on the amount of furniture requested. The living arrangement works best for single professionals who are responsible & respectful of shared spaces as well as keep their areas clean. No smoking, drugs or heavy drinking. Cost is $1300 per month, wifi is included. Security deposit equal to one month's rent is required. Utilities are divided equally among the number of people living in the house.
