Two private newly remodeled semi-furnished full size rooms with ample sized closets and a private bathroom, all utilities and wi-fi internet are included for $1,500 monthly for 1 adult individual or $1,600 monthly for 2 adults maximum. Roommates must be employed full time or full time students over 25 years of age, professional single females are preferred although anyone welcome to inquire. Shared access to a full kitchen with all modern appliances, washer/dryer; living/dining areas with inside a 3/2 condo with myself as the only other roommate. Excellent community, 24 hr security, parking right under the bedroom windows equipped w/accordion hurricane shutters, many amenities to enjoy (pool / hot tub / gym / sauna / tennis courts / lake.). Conveniently located right down the street from Dolphin Mall, less than 5 minutes away from F.I.U.'s main campus and M.D.C.'s -Doral campus., calls only please between 5pm to 9pm weekdays, 10am to 6pm weekends, texts and emails will not be responded to! Signed rental agreement with valid ID & SS required.
