Room description
Beautiful spotless furnished room in a three-bedroom home. The room is located upstairs, with a shared bathroom. New matress, dry cleaned bedding waiting for you. Nice window overlooking the Mountains. Downstairs, there is a large gourmet kitchen, with lots of pots and pans for cooking. Large living area with a 55" TV there is also a formal dining room.
A patio to enjoy the outdoors on a nice evening. There is no maid service. Keeping and maintaining your room and cleaning after kitchen use is required,
The room is suitable for a professional person employed outside the home. No smoking, no pets allowed, no evictions, corporate environment.
A $100 fee for a background check to be collected by my landlord.
Month to Month lease with a minimum of three months is required.
