The room is available for viewing.
I have a huge upstairs master bedroom of 16ft x 19ft and a hallway measuring 27ft x 8ft. A big private full bathroom, walk-in closet & smaller closet, internet, and small refrigerator can be used. A downstairs stove, refrigerator, and washer/dryer can be used. Electric, WIFI, and water included.
Security cameras are in the front, back, and Lt-Rt side of the home, for safety.
1 queen size bed is in this room. You are responsible for your sheets, pillows, and towels. The door for the upstairs master bedroom will have a lock for your use/privacy (I will hold one key).
Parking on streets, quiet neighborhoods, and areas can be trusted to walk or exercise around the neighborhood. Cross street is route 1 (North & South) local transit bus route is available. Burger King/McDonald/Pizza/Coffee Shop and fine dining are within walking distance. 1-mile walk to Capitol Plaza Mall and Lawrence Mall for other purchases.
If you have a girlfriend/boyfriend who can't live with you, I am renting to you (of course she or he can visit and stay now and then).
Please keep the area clean by placing food in plastic containers. I want you to know that you will be responsible for maintaining the upstairs clean.
Please email to set a viewing and a date/time to meet. Please bring two current pay stubs. You will need 1 month's rent and 1 month's security, you will live off the security deposit when one month's notice is given, and you will live off the last month's security money. If you should leave before notice security deposit might be forfeited.
