Room description
I am moving out later this month, so I am looking for someone/a couple to start on April 1st or March 28th (the exact date is flexible) for at least 1 month with the possibility of extending up until 1 year. The apartment is newly renovated and has a living room and a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The rooms are both quite large with one window in one and two windows in the other. Can come furnished upon request.
Great location: laundromat, groceries, tons of awesome bars, restaurants, and cafes, all within walking distance. 2/3/4/5 trains are only a block away (no train noise in the apt) and will get you to the city quickly. The S train shuttle will also connect you to the A/C trains in just minutes. Right near the Brooklyn Museum & Prospect Park.
The rent is $2500/month, and utilities (internet, electric, gas) average ~$50 a month. Heat & water are free. This can be paid month-to-month with a minimum notice of 1 month given on the 1st in case you need to move out. A deposit of $2500 is required (to be paid back in full when you leave).
About me: I am a 30 year old male. I grew up in Italy, and my strong interests include collecting vinyl, biking, and traveling. My ideal roommate/tenant is someone who works full-time and is clean & respectful.
