Listed price is actually for *2* private bedrooms inside lovely South Philly house (with porch!) in a friendly neighborhood. There are 4 bus lines within easy walking distance of the place.
Bedrooms have multiple windows and carpeting. One of the rooms (front bedroom) is very large with a built-in antique armoire. The other (back bedroom) room is quiet, as it faces the back of the house. Both rooms get a good amount of natural light. There is a shared full bathroom on the 2nd Floor.
Other shared public spaces are living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and half bath - all on 1st Floor. Living room and dining room are already partially furnished by other roommate.
There is also an unfinished basement with tons of storage space available, and a small garden area in the back.
Average utility costs $140/month and includes high speed internet, water, gas and electric.
