About the room:
It’s a shared apartment with one pair of bunk beds each room. So 1 pair of bunk bed in the designated bedroom which has a closet space. And another pair of bunk bed in the living room. The bathroom is shared. It’s reasonably spacious for the rent and in a very calm area near Wynwood. It has a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, electric stove, etc. Like to keep the space clean while maintaining other simple rules for everyone’s wellbeing. We’re open to responsible men from all walks of life as long as valid IDs are provided just to keep on records for safety.
